Depending on where you
are choosing to place your soap dispenser you will need to
consider how it will be powered. Modern soap dispensers are
known for great efficiency in conserving power. Because they
are used in short time spans and have to work for relatively
only seconds at a time, they require very little power.
Requiring very little power is a huge advantage. Most of the
soap dispensers on the market today can be powered by
batteries and also support an AC adapter.
Many times the AC adapter is an optional component that is
available for an additional price.
If you are able to place
your dispenser reasonably close to a power outlet, we would
recommend that you choose a unit that supports an AC power
adapter.
